A different way
On the Grill
Most people think of steeming or boiling New England Lobsters, but that can take a long process and quite frankly make a mess in the kitchen. To me Lobster (or as they say in New England, Lobsta),is an outdoor, summertime culinary delight. But there is a fast simple and cleaner way to cook them lobstas and that is just grilling them. First Wrap them well in tin foil, this will cause them to Steem (play on spelling). Set grill on low and just turn them every 5 minutes.
After 30 minutes
Open to see if they are uniformly red... let them cool a few minutes before handling. Then simply melt butter with fresh lemon for dipping and there you have it, right from the sea to table.

Suddenly my lunch turned into a very boring meal. My salad is good but lobster is lobster.
