Hope you are doing well today🌞Today I would like to share a restaurant called The Captain's House in Tsim Sha Tsui with you. From the name of the restaurant or the apron with a big cartoon lobster I wear in the cover photo, you may know we are exploring a seafood restaurant today. I was so happy when I found this restaurant as it reminded me of a restaurant, Boiling Crab that I love so much in the United States. Without further ado, let's begin our journey today!

Steemit的朋友大家好🌞今天想跟大家分享一家美式海鮮餐廳，The Captain House。 可能去過美國旅行或讀書的小伙伴們都有聽說過Boiling Crab這家餐廳的大名吧，它主打是把各類型的海鮮放進一個混合了醬汁的袋子，令人越吃越上癮，在美國讀書的時候基本上都會跟朋友每週吃一次，所以再香港找到這一家美式海鮮餐廳，我真的超開心的，拉著朋友去試試。

The Captain House is located around 6 minutes walk from Tsim Sha Tsui station Exit A2.

從尖沙咀站的A2出口走大概6分鐘就會到厚福街H8，The Captain's House 在H8的18樓。

Located on the 18th floor of a popular building H8 on Hau Fook Street, the restaurant is fully decorated into different Halloween decoration with lots of festive vibe in the air.

出了電梯口首先看到的是The Captain'a House的招牌，門口處和餐廳各個角落都放滿萬聖節的擺設，充滿節日氣氛。

厚福街是不是聽起來有點熟悉，大家如果有看 Explore Hong Kong with me #8，可能記得我曾經介紹過這條尖沙咀的美食街給大家，這條街有很多不同的小食店和餐廳喔。

Hot Apple Cider- Highly recommended by the waiter, I ordered a hot apple cider which is unexpectedly tasty. With a hints of cinnamon and ginger taste, I found my new love for winter drink other than hot chocolate >V< (5/5)

熱蘋果酒，由待應推薦的一款飲品，有肉桂，薑片，八角，飲起來很有聖誕節的味道，出乎意料的好喝。(5/5)

Gillardeau No.1 (France) Oysters-They taste fresh and creamy. (4/5)

Louisiana Crab Cake- Love the crab cake here. I was surprised to see a big chunks of crab meat inside when cutting into the crab cake. And the remoniade sauce add a sweetness to compliment it. (4.5/5)

Nachos with beef- tortilla chips are placed at the bottom and topped salsa, guacamole and sour cream. Delicious and very addictive! (4.5/5)

Captain's Hot Seafood Bag- Signature dish of this restaurant and it was beyond words awesome! For the Captain's Hot Seafood Bag, you can choose your seafood and flavors sauce. We ended up choosing 5 different seafood including prawn, baby octopus, scallops, clams and long leg crab legs boiled in Jazz it Up sauce. Side dishes like corns and potato are come with the bag. I love the taste of the potato which absorbs the delicious sauce. Everything tastes so remarkably luscious and authentic! (4.5/5)

熱船長海鮮拼盤，這家餐廳的招牌菜，也是今天的主菜。我們挑了5種不同的海鮮和混醬，店員把整包海鮮送到客人面前，再為客人混和整包海鮮的醬料。海鮮包內的海鮮和配菜因醬汁而變得很美味，叫人吃得停不了嘴。(4.5/5)

Overall, I enjoyed my dinner at The Captain's House . We spent HKD $400 per person for this dinner which is quite pricy in my opinion. Other than that, everything taste delicious. I would highly recommend people who love seafood and would like to try some American style seafood to visit this restaurant. And also, it's better to make reservation if you planned to visit as it is always fully booked during weekend ：）

總括而言，The Captain's House的食物水準很高，海鮮很新鮮但價錢有點貴，這一餐的人均消費為400港元。不過還是很推薦給喜歡海鮮或想一嘗美式海鮮的朋友。另外，建議想到訪的朋友先預約，因為週末一般都很多人喔。
