Ramen is probably one of the things that I always try to keep around, gotta confess I love it. Even when I don't have anything to add to the soup, I can still enjoy it as ever. Turning your plain ramen into a colorful creation is fun, you can put about anything you like in it and it is still going to taste great!
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of ramen soup;
- a couple wedges of lime;
- sriracha sauce;
- 1 boiled egg;
- fresh cilantro;
- a couple baby carrots, sliced;
- cooked shrimp (5 pieces).
There are a lot of types of ramen on the market, and I have had a few different kinds, but my favorite one is Sapporo Ichiban and I will not eat any other kind now that I've tried it.
No directions for this one, guys! Cook your soup according to the package instructions, add in sriracha sauce to taste, I like it spicy, squeeze in some lime juice and top it off with carrots, egg, shrimp and cilantro leaves.
Easy and delicious lunch idea!

Do you know about One World Market in Novi? It's a Japanese grocery store and you can get some really good ramen ingredient there.
Awesome!!! We only went to Noble Fish I think, it is a Japanese grocery and a sushi joint, and there is an Asian mart that is supposed to be the largest one in Michigan!
I haven't heard of One World market though, but probably because I've never been to Novi hahaha. I would love to check it out though :)
Oh yeah, I know Noble Fish. I think both One World and Noble Fish is owned by the same people. They are very similar. :)
I really need to go check out that big Asian mart too. I keep hearing about it.
Oh that is cool, I like Noble Fish it's like little Japan haha, but Asian Mart is certainly where it's at, it's like Walmart, but everything is from random Asian countries, it's one of my favorite stores!

Да, просто рамен - это мивина, суп с водой без воды не суп. Очень популярное блюдо кстати, в некоторых ресторанах даже дорого стоит хахаха
