This is the 46th introduction of Korean food. Today, I will introduce Korean style hotdog.

This food was famous for street food in Korea.

It was a snack food that many people ate in the 1980s and 1990s.

◆ Food Ingredients

: Sausage, hot cake powder, skewer

◆ Recipe

01 . Cut the sausage to make a small Korean style hotdog.

02 . Put sausage on skewer

03 . Make dough with hot cake powder.

04 . After pouring cooking oil into a small pot, boil it over medium heat. 160 degrees is best.

05 . Sausages are dipped in hot cakes and cooked in cooking oil.

Sprinkle sugar, ketchup or mustard sauce according to your preference.
