I had a basic lunch today - Come check it out!

I just love middle-eastern bakeries! The pies are generally satisfying and aren't too fatty. Definitely a fresh feeling succumbs me after eating one (as opposed to pizza/cakes).

Today I got a zataar + cheese pie!
As a bonus, I added a falafel in it.

I balanced my meal with a perfectly balanced water! Icelandic Glacial boasts a pH of 8.4! This water is fresh and feels amazing. No after-tastes, nausea or heaviness!

@koffee wishes you all a wonderful day and a healthy lifestyle. Consider over-looked aspects in your health and diet, such as pH balance, and being mindful of what type of foods your body "accepts". I personally have to limit my breads and meats, and focus on a vegetable-centered diet. Upkeep of pH is always on my mind as well. No body lasts long in an acidic environment!
