Apple caramel

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of milk
4 apples (type Pink Lady)
200 g soft caramel sweets
Hazelnut / crushed nuts

1 rolling pin

1 baking paper

Preparation:

Step 1
Wash the apples well.

Step 2
In a salad bowl, pour the candy and sprinkle with milk.

Step 3
Melt in the microwave for 30 seconds, then again for 30 seconds if necessary.

Step 4
Crush the hazelnuts with a knife or a robot and set them aside in a bowl.

Step 5
Pour the apples on a wooden stick and dip them in the caramel so that they are well covered.

Step 6
Roll the bottom of the apples into the chopped hazelnuts and place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

Step 7
To vary the pleasures, we can also immerse the apples in grated coconut, chocolate chips, small sweet noodles.
