Sorbete alegre 😊
Hola amigos hoy les traigo una deliciosa y refrescante receta, sorbete de mango ideal para compartir en familia durante días calurosos.
Ingredientes:
1/2 kilo de pulpa de mango
1 taza de agua
3/4 taza de azúcar
El jugo de 1/2 limón
Crema chantilly (adicional)
Preparación:
P1: Preparar un almíbar, poner el agua en una olla, añadir el azúcar y dejar hervir revolviendo de vez en cuando con una paleta de madera hasta que el azúcar se disuelva.
P2: Cortar la pulpa de mango en pedacitos reservar un poco y los demás triturarlos hasta hacer un puré, mezclar con el almíbar y agregar el jugo de limón
P3: Luego llevar la mezcla anterior a la licuadora hasta obtener una crema. Incorporar los trocitos de mango reservados, verter en un recipiente y congelar.
P4: Saca la mezcla cada 30min del congelador, remover con una cuchara y refrigerar otra vez. Repetir el procedimiento hasta que el sorbete quede firme y servir si se desea decorar con crema chantilly.
