Inspirational thank you! I guess it's true about the poison & healing foods, they'd have huge qualms with each other & cause mayhem. I have been meaning to try fermenting too so will follow you for more inspo! At the start of my detox.. well kinda! I need to start so i'll be watching your blog for a boot up the backside!! Thank you ^_^

Try kombucha! (if there's only storebought, find a raw original flavor and grow your own starter with that, storebought booch is notoriously vinegary as is, but the scobies that come from them are often fine.

Or a ginger bug, that's a super simple way to get into it. I've got my first batch of ginger ale brewing now!!
