Some homemade baked ziti with meat

Tonight's menu is some homemade baked ziti with meat.  White sauce is usually the favorite sauce in this household but we decide on something a little different.  I was thinking of fazolis baked ziti which I haven't had in years.  And so we ended up making it tonight.

    I think if I opened a restaurant, I would be managing it only.. and not cooking;) but I have been craving something from your neck of the woods. I'll have to see if i can come up with some substitute spices first.

      Yes.. managing takes a toll on creation. :) . Tell me about it ;) :D
      In India we have a lot of "take away" systems in cities. You can shortlist some of your best dishes. Advertise itTake orders and supply in the neighbourhood. Operate from home. My cousin's wife did it for a while. Not so much for money. But a creative outlet that brings in a little money too.
      In Delhi this is quite popular :) ...
