I have never had sweet potato pie. That looks very good.
It’s delicious. Very similar to pumpkin pie or butter nut squash pie. Put some whip cream on top and go to town! 😜

STOPVery nice, did you start your sweet potato from seed or from smaller potatoes? What’s the best way to get started?
I started them from plants I got at lowes and I built a raised bed to plant them in.
