My Zebra Cake

Holiday comes, stemians!!! I guess it's a perfect time for kitchen experiment. Here is my first experiment in this December, Zebra cake.

Ingredients:

250 g  all purpose flour

250 g butter

250 sugar

6 eggs

5 g soda/baking powder

5 tbsp mocha paste

Method:

Whisk the sugar and butter until fluffy. Then add in the eggs one by one. Last add in flour and soda powder, mix them well. Divide the batter into two bowl. One mix with mocha paste to make a zebra stripe. Pour the white batter right in the middle of the pan by using spoon. Then pour the mocha batter on the white one. Repeat alternately (the last method was kind of patience test :D ). Then bake it in 150 C about an hour. 

Ready to serve!
