The tapioca is a typical and popular food in northeastern Brazil , this custom came from the beginning of the sixteenth century through the Indians who inhabited the region . At the table of any Northeast , especially during the breakfast it is normal you see this delicacy is consumed accompanied by a delicious and hot lattes for everyone at home. The tapioca dough is a simple mixture of starch extracted from cassava , sugar and water .

In addition to the mass itself is very tasty, we consume tapioca filling the same with various fillings that leaves an irresistible mixture of flavors. Some of these fillings can be, for example, a mixture of coconut , cheese and ham , dried meat and cheese , pepperoni , shrimp, chicken and cod . For those who like sweet combinations has as option the strawberry fillings with ice cream, chocolate and banana with condensed milk , among others.

We can also find tapioca being sold in many kiosks, is in the center of large cities, on the promenade of beaches and street corners in neighborhoods . The sales stalls , the fillings for tapioca are diverse and the combination depends on the imagination of the buyer. The price is well into account and it is in everyone's pocket. Normally the value of tapioca in shacks are usually 2.00 BRL (which is more or less in Euros 0,52/U$ 0,61/ 0.0011 BTC) . The amount can vary greatly according to the combinations of fillings and where it is consumed .

Tapioca even being almost like a " dessert" is very nutritious because of the composition of its mass made of gum extraction from cassava , food rich in protein and carbohydrates , easily digestible and low calorie. I'm very suspicious of checking the high nutritional value of tapioca because many were the opportunities in everyday rush , not to spend lunch without eating anything resorted to tapioca to satiate my hunger and it was great because it was nurtured throughout the rest day .

Below I transcribe a simple recipe for tapioca and its preparation

                         **TAPIOCA CHEESE WITH DRIED MEAT**

Ingredients:
