LASAÑA FOOTSTEPS - My favorite dish for lovers of good cuisine - LASAÑA PASO A PASO - Mi plato favorito para los amantes de la buena cocina
Meat
300 gr. Ground beef
Cheese
Grated manchego cheese
Collapsed parmesan cheese.
Cottage cheese.
Pasta
1 pack of cannelloni
Bechamel sauce
1/2 tza. Sifted flour
700 ml. Of hot milk
1 pinch of salt
4 tablespoons butter
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Of nutmeg
This dish can carry tomato sauce or any sauce that the consumer likes, my mom usually do with (Rikesa Cheddar)
Carne
300 gr. de carne molida
Quesos
Queso manchego rallado
Queso parmesano desmoronado.
Queso Cottage.
Pasta
1 paquete de canelones
Salsa Bechamel
1/2 Tza. de harina cernida
700 ml. de leche caliente
1 pizca de sal
4 cucharadas de mantequilla
1/8 cdta. pimienta
1/2 cdta. de nuez moscada
Este plato puede llevar salsa de tomate o cualquier salsa que le guste al consumidor, mi mama acostumbra hacerlo con (Rikesa Cheddar)
