Easy and delicious! In the fall/winter I mix a small amount of sauce into the spaghetti and then serve with more sauce and some grated parmesan cheese on top for each person's 'taste'. But in the spring and summer, I make a fresh chopped tomato/veggie mixture and only top the pasta with it - although I do mix the spaghetti with a bit of melted butter, salt and pepper first; it's so much lighter tasting for the warmer months.
