One man's meat is another man's poison - how true.....my series - part 1
My children love "Chicken feet" but my partner is so afraid of it that we can only eat them when we dine out. So we go often for Dim Sum so that we get to eat them. Same with my friends who love this, her partner is afraid and cannot bear to see the sight but their son love it. I have seen some people giving their "yucky" look when they see us ordering them.
Nowadays with more exposure and maybe better educated, they have come to accept this when they are in a Chinese Dim Sum restaurant.
Now i want to share a video on why Chicken Feet are good from a health and nutrition point of view.

Saw the video depicting health benefits of Chicken feet. One question...cant we get these benefits from Vegetarian diets ?
Are veggies dying of malnutrition ? I mean, is it damn necessary to eat non veg or just a matter of taste?

Sure you can get all the nutrition from vegetables. The video is not to convert people to eat chicken feet. Just to share with people that yucky food also have nutritious value. Some people have the misconception that it is just bone and skin, without realizing there are collagen as well. In fact natural food are the best for health as long as no intervention added like strong fertilizers for plants to grow faster and bigger.
