My Dad is Jamaican so I grew up eating plenty of pineapples. He would say, “Eat this so you can be strong like me.” He also whole heartedly believed that he never got sick. I always thought he was just a proud man, but now as a fitness professional, I have learned that pineapples supply many health benefits including better strength, better sleep, & better sex! I played football in college, and accumulated my fair share of injuries. Our team trainers always recommended pineapple juice to aid in recovery.
