Chicken Adobo: Delicious Philippine favorite dish
Aloha!
Welcome to a very simple and quick delicious recipe in the Philippines. It's so simple to make and can be done within twenty minutes. Let me first say that I'm Asian but not a Philippino but have many friends who are. I am, however, an Asian with the love of Asian cooking/foods. And an apology for the finish product of chicken adobo and rice. I was too hungry to take pictures. Lets' begin:
Slice and dice some garlic and an onion.
Ingredients: salt, sugar, soy sauce, black peppers, bay leaves, soy sauce and vinegar.
Saute garlic and onion in oil pan.
Add ingredients.
Add chickens. Cooking temperate at low for twenty minutes. Let simmer.
Here's some photo. Again, sorry, no finish product of chicken adobo and rice...
Slice some garlic cloves and a whole onions. Put aside for now.
Get spices ready: salt, sugar, black pepper, bay leaves, and vinegar: put aside for now.
Saute garlice and onions in oil. Then add all ingredients. Let cook for a couple of minutes...
Add chicken to pot...
Turn heat down to low and let chicken and goodness slow cook for twenty minutes. Get some steam rice ready...
Lets' eat....no photo... I was hungry!
