Getting Fit with Infinityroad - Protein Salad

Today I show you a the perfect lunch for losing weight and building muscles.
Good option for every one who places value on healthy diet.
This protein salad is healthy, super delicious and easy to make.

I didn't prepare this salad just for me.
So please take the quantities you need.

Let's dive into it :)

Of course you need salad.
Whatever kind you like

1 whole cucumber

250g of Champignons

I roasted my champignons.
Yes they have to be that dark!!! :D:D

2 tomatoes

1 egg ( I had one left from my breakfast)

Interim result, looks already delicious, doesn't it?

And the most important one for our GAINS - chicken breast
I used 1 whole kg. You can say I had chicken breast with salad, instead salad with chicken breast haha
I love it!

I couldn't wait, so I have already eaten the half of the chicken breast before it reached the salad bowl :D

The end result
For dressing I used:
water, a little bit of whipping cream, special salad spices, pinch of salt
Use whatever you like to but don't put too much calories into it. You don't want to destroy the healthy dish.

It was very delicious and I felt my muscles growing ;-) ;-)

Yeah it can be very hard, especially in the beginning.
You don't have to forgo completely this stuff, it's ok if you reduce the quantity or the frequency.
it's about finding the right way.

great job man. most people don't realise but it is 70% diet and only 30% exercise. Choosing the right diet will get you the desired results.

Yeah that's a fact.
Unfortunately unhealthy food is often so delicious but if you want a good shape and to be healthy, you have to put focus on it.
Also healthy diet can be very delicious.

OMG das wär mir tausend mal zuviel Fleisch, ich bräuchte das doppelte an Salat und nur 1 der Stücke als Fleisch :D Aber sonst super

Haha ehrlich gesagt wollte ich die Hälfte ganz lassen und fürs nächste mal verwenden, hab mich dann spontan aber doch dazu entschieden alles reinzuhauen :D

Es sieht lecker aus , ich mache das auch immer , während ich das essen vorbereite, esse ich gleichzeitig mit. Und wenn das essen fertig ist, bekomme ich eine halbe portionen nur. :D
