Roasted Pepper And Sourdough Brunch Casserole.
Ingredients:-
3 cups bread cubes.
10 ounces red pepper drained.
5 ounces cheddar cheese.
5 ounces jack cheese.
1 cup of cottage cheese.
5 eggs.
2 cup of boiled milk
1/2 cup of fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp ground black pepper.
Method:-
MAKE 10 SERVINGS.Take a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place bread in baking dish. Arrange peppers evenly over bread cubes. Sprinkle with cheddar and monterey jack cheeses.
Place cottage cheese in a blender. Blend full speed until smooth. Add egg and milk while blending . Pour over ingredients in baking dish. Sprinkle with cilantro and black pepper. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Heat oven to 180'c . 45 minutes or until center is set and top is golden brow.
Brunch casserole is ready. Enjoy breakfast time.
