Roasted Pepper And Sourdough Brunch Casserole.

Ingredients:-

  • 3 cups bread cubes.

  • 10 ounces red pepper drained.

  • 5 ounces cheddar cheese.

  • 5 ounces jack cheese.

  • 1 cup of cottage cheese.

  • 5 eggs.

  • 2 cup of boiled milk

  • 1/2 cup of fresh cilantro

  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper.

    Method:-
    MAKE 10 SERVINGS.

  • Take a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place bread in baking dish. Arrange peppers evenly over bread cubes. Sprinkle with cheddar and monterey jack cheeses.

  • Place cottage cheese in a blender. Blend full speed until smooth. Add egg and milk while blending . Pour over ingredients in baking dish. Sprinkle with cilantro and black pepper. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  • Heat oven to 180'c . 45 minutes or until center is set and top is golden brow.

  • Brunch casserole is ready. Enjoy breakfast time.Screenshot_20180716_091012.png
