No Bake Vanilla Bean Cheesecake with Chocolate Ganache (Gluten Free, Paleo, Vegan) - Recipe
Hello friends,
How are you doing this week end? Sadly, it's raining here in Belgium but that doesn't mean I couldn't enjoy my week end. This week end, me and my partner are trying to eat meatless and healthy, so I bought loads of veggies and I got crazy that I bought everything :-D
Yesterday, I made Ratatouille Tian (https://steemit.com/food/@ikaputri3/homemade-ratatouille-tian-vegan-recipe) which is simple and healthy and today I made this gorgeous dessert :-)
I'm actually not a fan of vegan food, I tried some vegan recipes but to be honest, that's not for me. However, I still wanted to give another try and I decided to make this Vegan Cheesecake. The result was surprisingly good! I didn't expect this cheesecake to be this excellent, but it's super duper yummy.... The crust was made from walnut and almond flour, and the filling was made with cashew nuts. It's a perfect combination :-)
