STEEMIT CULINARY CHALLENGE #21 (Entry No.1 - How a coffee creation awakens our taste / Wie eine Kaffee Kreation unseren Geschmackssinne weckt)
| Hello dear Steemians, Here is my contribution to SCC # 21. We Germans are passionate coffee drinkers and love to serve our coffee so he is a true taste for the senses. So what could be better suited to SCC than such a coffee creation by me. We do not need many ingredients, but it is important to choose the right ones. | Hallo liebe Steemians, hier kommt nun mein Beitrag zur SCC #21. Wir Deutsche sind ja leidenschaftliche Kaffee trinken und lieben es unseren Kaffee so zu servieren das er ein wahrer Geschmack für die Sinne ist. Was könnte also besser zu SCC passen als eine derartige Kaffee Kreation von mir. Dazu benötigen wir nicht viele Zutaten, jedoch ist es wichtig die richtigen dafür zu wählen. |

| I will start with the ingredient which is most important, the coffee beans. These are classicized by me, ground in a coffee grinder by hand. This leads to the fact that in the entire house, the scent of freshly ground coffee spreads. It is wonderful to experience this scent on a Sunday morning with all your senses. | Beginnen will ich mit der Zutat die am wichtigsten ist, den Kaffeebohnen. Diese werden von mir klassisch, in einer Kaffeemühle von Hand gemahlen. Das führt schon dazu das sich im gesamten Haus, der Duft von frisch gemahlenem Kaffee verbreitet. Es ist Herrlich diesen Duft an einem Sonntag Morgen mit allen Sinnen zu erleben. |

| Care must be taken that a relatively coarse grind is used because we want to make our coffee very gently with a French press. We pour the ground coffee into the French Press and pour the water (which should be about 92-96 degrees) and let it pull for 4 minutes. | Es ist darauf zu achten das ein relativ grober Mahlgrad verwendet wird, weil wir unseren Kaffee sehr schonend mit einer French Press zubereiten wollen. Den gemahlenen Kaffee geben wir in die French Press und gießen das Wasser (was ca. 92-96 Grad haben sollte) auf und lassen diesen nun 4 Minuten ziehen. |

| In the meantime, we are preparing ice cream for our vanilla bananas. I shred a banana and blanched it with a blender to a mash. This Banana Mash is then blended with the vanilla ice cream and put into a glass. Our coffee, which is just finished, is poured over this vanilla banana ice. But the hot coffee dissolves the ice slowly and spreads its full aroma in the coffee. | In der Zwischenzeit bereiten wir unser Vanille-Bananen Eis zu. Ich zerkleinern hierzu eine Banane und püriere sie mit einem Mixer zu einen Brei. Dieser Bananen Brei wird nun mit dem Vanille Eis vermengt und in ein Glas gegeben. Unser Kaffe, welcher nur fertig ist, wird über dieses Vanille-Bananen Eis gegossen. Doch den Heißen Kaffee löst sich das Eis langsam auf und verbreitet sein volles Aroma im Kaffee. |

| It is important not to stir the coffee so the ice can dissolve slowly. To our coffee ice creation, we add still fresh whipped cream. As decoration and, of course, because it tastes good, two waffles are put into the cream. | Wichtig dabei ist, den Kaffee nicht umzurühren so das, das Eis sich langsam auflösen kann. Zu unsere Kaffeeeis Kreation, geben wir noch frisch geschlagene Sahne hinzu. Als Dekoration und natürlich weil es gut schmeckt, werden noch zwei Waffeln in die Sahne gesteckt. |

The smell will spoil your nose and the taste will stimulate your palate to cheer. | Also liebe Steemians, ich kann euch nur empfehlen den Morgen einmal mit einer solchen Kaffeeeis Kreation zu beginnen, der Geschmack des Vanille-Bananen Eis welches eine wundervolle Verbindung mit frischem heißen Kaffee eingeht, ist ein besonderes Erlebnis für eure Sinne. Der Geruch wird eure Nase verwöhnen und der Geschmack wird euren Gaumen zum Jubeln anregen. |
