Hello dear Steemians,
On the topic of cooking I have something new for you again. Actually, I came up with it when I was with my mother-in-law in the business. I must say that my dear mother-in-law (and I mean Honestly !!) last year took over a small shop for meat and sausage. And exactly in this shop, there are always 3 dishes for all those who are looking for a good and inexpensive meal. But what there is not there is "food to go", so I've considered the man that yes with offer. For testing I will prepare and offer "spaghetti with meatballs in the glass" and then we will see how it works. Following a short recipe and of course the pictures. |

zum Thema Kochen hab ich mal wieder etwas neues für euch. Eigentlich bin ich darauf gekommen als ich bei meiner Schwiegermutter im Geschäft war. Ich muss dazu sagen, das mein liebe Schwiegermutter (und das meine ich Ehrlich!!) im letzten Jahr eine kleines Geschäft für Fleisch und Wurstwaren übernommen hat. Und genau in diesem Geschäft gibt es Mittags immer 3 Gerichte für alle die, die einen gute und preisgünstige Mahlzeit suchen. Aber was es da nicht gibt, ist „Essen to Go“, also hab ich mir überlegt das mann das ja mit anbieten kann. Zum testen werd ich „Spaghetti mit Fleischbällchen im Glas“ zubereiten und anbieten und dann werden wir sehen wie es läuft. Folgend ein kurzes Rezept und natürlich die Bilder dazu. |

Ingredients:
500 g minced meat |
Zutaten:
500 g Hackfleisch |

| Let us begin by modeling the meat balls from the mince. We also fry them in a pan with some olive oil until they are brown. Since they are quite small they need only about 10 minutes until they are even. | Beginnen wir einfach damit, die Fleischbällchen aus dem Hackfleisch zu formen. Diese braten wir auch gleich im Anschluss in einer Pfanne mit etwas Olivenöl an, bis sie schon braun sind. Da sie recht klein sind benötigen sie nur etwa 10 Minuten bis sie gar sind. |

They should be seasoned with salt and pepper, in addition, basil and thyme are added. | Die Spaghetti werden in Salzwasser gekocht, sie sollten noch bissfest sein wenn sie abgegossen werden. In einer weiteren Pfanne, werden Tomaten und Zwiebeln in Olivenöl angebraten. Sie sollten kräftig mit Salz und Pfeffer gewürzt werden, ausserdem wird Basilikum und Thymian hinzugegeben. |

| The drained spaghetti is then put into the tomato sauce and all are mixed together. Then add the spaghetti with the tomato sauce into the glasses and add two of our meatballs. The glaziers are now locked and are ready for sale. | Die abgetropften Spaghetti werden nun in die Tomatensosse gegeben und alle wird miteinander vermengt. Im Anschluss geben wir die Spaghetti mit der Tomatensosse in die Gläser und geben jeweils zwei unserer Hackbällchen hinzu. Die Glaser werden nun verschlossen und sind bereit für den Verkauf. |

@homeartpictures I love this and the idea . Although I don't eat red meat I love spaghetti and I love the idea of being able to take it out on a picnic or day out trip and not just having a sandwich and yet being able to eat spaghetti in a way my clothes won't be messed up. Thank you !
