I am heading to south Carolina this weekend and very excited to enjoy all the wonderful southern dishes. Can't wait to try biscuits and sausage gravy for a breakfast.
Best of luck! Make sure to ask if they come with sausage gravy. If they come with just regular white southern gravy , at the very least order a side of pork sausage so you get the flavor profile.
If you go for the BBQ though, for your information(FYI:) I hear they do a lot of BBQ different than Texas, Memphis, and Kansas City BBQ so keep an open mind on what you try.
