Seafood Salad With Vegetables 泰式海鲜蔬菜沙拉

As a southeast Asian countries and falling into the subtropical monsoon climate belt, Thailand's weather is very hot. And there are rich rainfall and ample sunshine in Thailand where fruits and vegetables are abundant.

In addition, The area of sea in Thailand is extensive, and has advantaged natural beach, so seafood is rich.
Among the Thailand's food, particularly sour, sweet, spicy are the main taste. so it is popular by lots of people, including me.

I like to eat sweet and sour taste dishes in the summer, such as Chiese cold dish with glass noodles and five-color veggies, Thai salad etc.. these dish will make you feel very refreshing and delicious.

So today I want to share with you the seafood salad, originate from Thai cuisine. But I didn't add chili. Food, of course, mainly based on your favorite flavor.

In this recipe, I used the cold cooked arctic shrimp. if you can buy fresh shrimp is the best. Shrimp can also be replaced with squid and other seafood, but the precondition is that whatever method is used, as long as you cook it. such as Fried, baked, boiled, and then mix your favorite fresh vegetablebles in a large bowl, drazzle a bit of sauce, the delicious seafood salad is finished.


Ingredients:

  • shrimp
  • silk noodels
  • cucumber
  • onion
  • small tomatoes
  • coriander
  • green lemon
  • salt
  • sugar
  • cooked sesame

Method:

Wash all kinds of vegetables.

remove cucumber's seeds and cut the cucumber and coriander into many short strips, shred the onion. cut the small tomatoes in half. set aside.

Remove shrimp's shell, set aside.

Soak the dry silk noodles in water for about 15 minutes until soft and drain it.

Bring the water to boil, place the silk noodles in the boiling water for a few seconds, remove them to a bowl of cold water, drain it and set aside.

Place vegetables, silk noodles in a large mixing bowl, add salt, sugar and lemon juice to the bowl. mix well.

Sprinkle some cooked sesame and coriander on the top before serving it.

这里的虾我用的是成品北极虾,如果你能买到新鲜的大虾最好啦。你也可以把虾替换成鱿鱼啊等其他海产品,前提是无论,煎,烤,煮,最好提前弄熟,再搭配新鲜的蔬菜,放入喜欢的酱汁,混合均匀就完成了。

原料:


粉丝
黄瓜
洋葱
小番茄
清柠檬


熟芝麻

做法:

粉丝用清水泡发,大约15分钟,变软捞出。
蔬菜洗净,黄瓜去瓤切段,洋葱切丝,香菜切段,小番茄切成两半。
虾剥去皮,装入盘中备用。柠檬切开。
烧一锅热水,粉丝放入开水中煮几秒,马上捞出,浸泡冰水中,冲洗,沥干水分。备用。
把粉丝,蔬菜,冰虾放入一个大碗中,放入,盐,糖,挤入柠檬汁,混合均匀,最后撒上熟芝麻,香菜即可食用。
