My Supper : Healthy Chinese food --Steamed Tofu With Shrimps 鲜虾蒸豆腐

This is a simple, quick,healthy steamed vegetables.
Fresh shrimp meat and soft tender tofu soaking juice mix rice is very delicious.
Steamed vegetables relative to other cooking, it can keep food's nutrition, original taste and flavour.
There is less fat in steamed vegetables,so in spring and summer it is the most appropriate healthy way to eat.

First:

the main ingredients are shrimps, tofu and peas.

you will wash shrimp and remove its head, entrails and shell. keep its head and fry it with oil, it is very delicious. Marinated them with salt and cooking wine for ten minutes.
Meanwhile, peel and wash peas. Cut tofu into small cube-shaped pieces. Blanch tofu for three minutes. add a little salt to boiling water.
Remove and drain them. place tofu in a plate.

Second:

put the minced shrimp and peas on the tofu. add soy sauce and salt to it, steam it for five minutes.
drizzle some sesame oil on it before turn off the heat.

Serve with warm. enjoy it .

这是一道简便快捷,健康的蒸菜。。新鲜的虾肉和软嫩的豆腐沾着汤汁拌饭好吃极了。。蒸菜相对于其他烹饪,更能保留食物的营养和原汁原味。油脂较少,所以在春夏季节里是最适宜的健康饮食方式。

1 鲜虾洗净,去掉外壳,虾头,虾线,用料酒,盐腌制10分钟。
(虾头不要扔,用油煎一下,虾油做菜非常好吃哦!稍后会介绍)
然后切成碎肉,装盘备用。
2 豌豆去皮,洗净备用。
豆腐切成小块,放入开水中煮3分钟。水里加盐一小撮。

3 焯过水的豆腐放入盘中,上面放入虾肉,撒上豌豆粒,撒上生抽和盐,开水蒸5分钟,出锅前滴几滴香油。
