My Simple Breakfast

Although it is spring, outside, it snowed once again last Saturday. I got up and prepared the simple breakfast.
I didn't want to do the bread on Friday night, I only wanted to do Chinese buns. later I changed my idea because I thought of French baguette, I deciede to try to do . because I haven't a large pan, so the French baguette looks fat and ugly. haha, Don't laugh me.
Although the appearance of the bread is ugly, when eating it, it has a rich wheat flavor. We rely quite a bit on ready-made meals — it is so convenient as a breakfast. Don't need to kead the dough too long and recipe is simple. worth to do.

Ingredients:

  • flour 500g
  • salt 4g
  • warm water 250g
  • sugar 10g
  • peanut oil 10g
  • strawberry 4
  • cucumber 1
  • chili paste
  • soybean milk

Instructions:

put the warm water, yeast,flour,sugar and salt,oil into the bread barrel,mix and knead it until smooth.ferment it for about 90 minutes.

take the fermented dough, divided it into three small dough, make long strips and ferment it for one hour.

cut it on the surface of it in order to force apart with the hands when it cooked. preheat oven to 190 degree, bake it for 25 minutes,

and then cut the cooked bread into small pieces .

wash the strawberry and cucumber,peel and diced the cucumber, diced the strawberry. put them on the bread. dab a layer of chili paste under the cucumber.

Heat a frying pan, put the small pieces of breads into the pan, fry it until both sides is golden, it takes about 2-3 minutes.

because I baked the bread at night, so it takes no more than 15 minutes and the simple breakfast was done.
serve with warm milk or soybean milk. Enjoy it .

尽管已经是春天了,但是上周六窗外还是飘起了雪花。周末起床做个简易早餐吃吧。
本来周五晚我是想做中式馒头的,后来想到了法棍,决定试试这个。我的烤盘实在是太小了,法棍被我做的又丑又胖,于是就变成了这样的面包了。(不要笑我)虽然样子被我整的难看一些,吃起来还是 带有浓郁的麦香味的。面团不用揉到扩展阶段,材料简单,做法也简单。值得一试哦。

原料:
高筋面粉500g
温水 250g
糖 10g
盐 4g
酵母5g
草莓
黄瓜
蒜蓉辣椒酱
豆浆

做法:
1、温水和酵母混合,放入面包桶里,加入面粉,糖和盐,混合揉匀后,放入少许食用油继续揉匀,醒发90分钟。
2、醒发好的面团,揉匀,分割三个小面团,搓成长条。继续醒发1个小时。
3、醒发好的面包胚划几刀,便于熟了方便用手掰开吃。烤箱190度烤25分钟即可。
4、凉凉切片,刷少许油和胡椒或者蒜泥用平底锅煎一下或者烤箱烤5分钟。
5 、草莓和黄瓜洗净。黄瓜去皮去瓤切丁,草莓切丁。放在面包片上即可享用。黄瓜底下我铺了一层自制的蒜蓉辣椒酱。

配上豆浆或者牛奶,简易早餐就完成啦。
面包我是提前晚上烤制的,所以这个早餐用时时间不到15分钟。

it won't be able to wait for the bread to bake or toast in my case
I love strawberry and in seasons when the insects are still awake we have them for breakfast, too fresh from the garden

Very good idea of the chili paste and the cucumber.. reminds me of the wrap with peking duck on them .. when will I see you join the SCC again?

@englishtchrivy, thank you for your moved words. Glad to see you like the strawberry. the strawberry is sweet and my child prefer to eat it. I admire that you have a garden and can eat the freshest fruit and vegetables in seasons. Normally , I go back to visit my parents‘ house where there was a little yard with chickens and a garden with vegetables and fruit. It is also a place where I grow up .
We often eat the raw vegetables with chili paste ,that increase your appetite . The Peking duck is also delicious. I 'm willing to join the activity, perhaps soon. ..
