Homemade Dessert #1 : Simple Cocoa Cookies

On a peaceful weekend afternoon, let's choose to relax and enjoy a simple dessert in the lazy sunlight with your favorite books and music grace. We have no reason not to cherish the beauty of these spring days. Sweet spring, full of sweet days and flowers...
Cookies is simple and easy to do. If you don't want to buy it in the store, you can do it easily at home. The benefit of doing it yourself is that you can adjust the amount of sugar depending on your taste. In order not to eat too much sweet, in this recipe I reduced some sugar. so it tastes not too sweet and has a rich cocoa flavor, personally,I prefer it.. hope you like it too.

Ingredients:

soft butter 120 g
sugar 60 g
whipping cream 90 g
egg one
cake flour 200 g
cocoa powder 20 g

Method:

In a large mixing bowl, whipping in soft butter and powdered sugar.
add in one egg
add in whipping cream, mix well.
add in sifted flour, stir and mix well. being careful not to over mix.
spoon the batter into a piping bag with a small corner cut off .
pip the batter onto the baking sheet.one by one.

Preheat oven to 180 degree, bake cookies for 13 minutes.

可可饼干

原料:
室温软化的黄油 120 g
糖粉80 g
淡奶油 90 g
鸡蛋 一个
低筋面粉200 g
可可粉 20 g
做法:
室温软化好的黄油加糖粉,先低速搅打或用搅头轻轻搅拌,防止扬粉,打至颜色变浅即可。
加入鸡蛋继续搅打
加入淡奶油继续搅拌均匀
加入过筛的低粉和可可粉
拌好的面糊装入裱花袋,挤出喜欢的花型。
烤箱预热180度,烤13分钟即可。

模型挺美。有点像梅花。是春天的味道。

这是把面糊装裱花袋里挤出来的,我挤得还不是很好。搅拌面糊时间长了一点,导致最后花纹不太明显,自己吃就无所谓啦!

仔细看其实挤出来的还挺整齐。不知原来搅拌太长也会弄成这样。
