Homemade Delicious Pizza 美味的鲜虾披萨

Every contry has its own unique culinary art, and every unique culinary art has a delicacy, but only a few delicacies can conquer the world, including pizza.

Well, do you know the meaning of the word pizza? Pizza comes from Greek, meaning "a flat food". The origin of pizza is now uncertain, but it is well documented that as early as the third Century BC in ancient Rome, people added olive oil, spices on small round cakes, and then bake on stones. It's really like pizza today.

Although Naples‘s pizza is considered to be the most authentic pizza , and it was once thought to be the birthplace of pizza. But the real development and making it more popular was in the dream America. because later Americans invented frozen pizza which bring it into every family.

Today I'd like to share with you the shrimp pizza, I think it is a delicious ,healthy food and easy to do. Our family love to eat it. You only need to add delicious ketchup, cheese,spices, vegetables and meat on the round fermented dough, and then bake it , it is done.

So how to make a delicious pizza?

First I think must use fresh dough, plus delicious tomato paste (because tomato paste contains glutamic acid, which is a very good flavor enhancer. adding a little bit of it can make the food more flavor. That's why many foods come with tomato paste )and good cheeses. Other meats and vegetables are selected according to your favorite.

Second, when baking, you'd better put a bowl of water in the oven(Except for a steam oven). If you don't, water vapor mainly comes from the dough, cheese, vegetables, the pizza will be dry. if you put it in the oven, water vapor will be greatly increased, and the heat will also increase quickly, so the pizza will be baked quickly, with more juice in it.

Now, let's start it!


You will need:

  • all purpose flour 300 g
  • water 180 g
  • olive oil 15 g
  • yeast 1 g
  • salt 3 g
  • shrimp 8
  • corn 30 g
  • onion 20 g
  • green pepper 20 g
  • tomato paste 70 g
  • mozzarella cheese 150 g
  • oregano 1 g

Method:

1、Pour flour, yeast, water, salt, olive into the chef's machine, mix and knead a smooth dough . Place the dough in a large bowl, cover it with plastic and then put in a freezer to rise it for about 1 hour.

2、washed shimp and every vegetables, shredded the vegetables. remove the corn from the cob. set aside.

3、remove shimp's head and shell, guts. Place shrimp in a boiling water for a few seconds , remove them to cutting boad and cut them into many pieces.

4、Take out of the dough and divided into three pieces, knead it and let them have a rest for about 15 minutes. Take one dough and roll it out , form a round flat dough.

5、Spread the tomato paste, oregano, and then mozzarella cheese on the dough.

6、Add in corns, shrimps, onion, and pepper.

7、Lastly, spread mozzarella cheese on the top. Preheat the oven to 220 C, place a bow of water in the oven and bake it for about 15 minutes.

it is done!

地球上每个国家都有自己独特的烹饪艺术,每一种独特的烹饪艺术就有一种美食,但是只有少数几种美食才能征服全世界,其中就有披萨。那么你们知道披萨一词的意思吗?披萨的词源自希腊语,意为扁平的食物。披萨的起源现在无法确定,但历史确有记载,早在公元前三世纪的古罗马,那时候的人们就会用小圆麦饼加入橄榄油,香料等在石上烘烤。这跟现在的披萨确实很像。

虽然一提披萨大家都认为意大利的那不勒斯的披萨才最为正宗,一度被认为那里才是披萨的发源地。但真正发展壮大并使它走入世界的确是在那意乱情迷的美国。美国人后来发明了冷冻披萨才真正的让披萨走进千家万户。

今天我就给大家分享一下我做的披萨。我认为它是极美味又健康的食物,做起来也是很简单。我们家人也都喜欢吃这种薄底的披萨。只需要在发酵的面团上铺上美味的番茄酱、芝士,香料,蔬菜,肉类等烘烤完就可以享用啦!

那么如何才能做出更美味的披萨呢?

首先,我觉得一定要用新鲜的面饼,加上必不可少的美味的番茄酱(因为番茄酱里含有谷氨酸,这是很好的鲜味增强剂。只放一点点就能让食物变的更有风味。这就是许多食物都会放番茄的原因)和上等的奶酪。其他肉类和蔬菜可自由搭配。

其次,烘烤的时候,烤箱里最好放一碗水。如果不放水(蒸汽烤箱除外),那烤箱里的水蒸气主要来自面饼和蔬菜,成品披萨就会很干,加水后水蒸气会大大增加,热量也会增加,这样一来披萨会熟的更快,更多汁,烤的外焦里嫩。下面就跟我一起来做美味的披萨吧。

材料:

高筋面粉240克、低筋面粉60克、水180克、橄榄油15克、酵母1克、盐3克

馅料:

海虾约10只、玉米1条、洋葱半个、番茄酱2大勺、披萨草适量、马苏里拉芝士150克

做法:

1、将材料1倒进厨师机里混合揉面,揉成光滑的面团。

2、在一个大碗内洒上少许面粉,将面团放进碗里,盖上保鲜膜,放进冰箱冷藏发酵1小时。

3、将洋葱切成丝,青椒切丝,玉米剥粒,海虾剥壳,芝士条备用。

4、把虾去除外壳,虾线。将虾仁焯一下水,由于我的虾太大了,我就把它切开了。如果不大,整个铺在上面也可以。

5、将发酵好的面团从冰箱取出,平均分成3份,再收圆,盖上保鲜膜松弛15-20分钟。

6、取一块面团,用手从中间压平,再用擀面杖将面团均均的擀成薄圆饼型。

7、再用叉子在饼皮上叉上一些小孔,取2大匙番茄酱倒在饼皮中间,把饼皮涂满酱汁。

8、再在酱汁上洒上披萨草香料,芝士碎。

9、再铺上虾仁和玉米粒,然后再铺洋葱和青椒。

10、再在最上面铺上剩余的芝士条

11、烤箱预热220度,放入一碗水。把披萨放入烤箱烘烤15分钟至表面金黄即可。

12、取出披萨,切块即可享用。

Thanks for sharing the recipe of this delicious pizza. I love the presentation, size (not so big) and ingredients, specially the shrimp. I did make my pizza from ready-made dough which is easier though but should try shrimp next time :)
