Today I will introduce a patty with turnip shreds to you , it is very easy to do in the morning, save time and effort, has comprehensive nutritions,taste is delicious, suitable for breakfast. you can replace the turnip with patato, carrot, onion and other vegetables you like.

Ingredients:

  • flour 150g
  • white turnip 70g
  • egg one
  • milk 150ml
  • peanut 5g
  • salt 6g
  • baking soda 1g

Instructions:

wash the white turnip, peel and shred it . put it in a large bowl, add in salt (4g) in it for 15 minutes.

prepare another large bowl,add in one egg, milk, four and stir it and mix well.

add in green onion, salt, peanut and baking soda,mix well.

drain the salted turnip, put it in the flour, stir it and mix well.

heat a no sticky frying pan, don't need oil. pour the batter in the pan, make it a thin round pancake with a shovel, fry it for 1-2 minutes and turn it over to fry it until both sides golden.
Ideally it should be coagulated slightly on the surface of it and appear a large number of holes when the bottom edge of it should also be golden colour, on this occasion turn it over, you can get the best effect.
If there is no holes on the surface of it ,but the bottom has been golden edge, that shows the temperature of heat is too high, you need to reduce it .
Conversely if the surface of it appears many holes, after turnning it over ,you found that the bottom color is light, temperature is too low, you need to increase the heat .

早餐萝卜丝饼
今天给大家介绍一款香酥萝卜丝饼,菜谱简单,而且营养全面,这里含有鸡蛋,牛奶,面粉,蔬菜,味道也是一流,适合大家作为早餐。这里的萝卜可以换成你喜欢的土豆,胡萝卜,洋葱等其他蔬菜。

原料:
面粉 150g
白萝卜 100g
鸡蛋 一个
牛奶150 ml
花生油 5g
盐 6g
小苏打 1g

做法:

1 白萝卜洗净,去皮,切丝。用盐腌制15分钟。

2 准备一个大碗,加入一个鸡蛋,牛奶,搅拌均匀,加入面粉,搅拌均匀。

3 放入葱花,盐,花生油调味,加入小苏打。

4 腌制好的萝卜丝,沥干水分,加入面粉糊的大碗中。拌匀。

5 加热平底锅,不用放油,把面糊倒入平底锅中,摊平。煎1-2分钟,翻面继续煎1-2分钟,色泽金黄即可出锅。
理想状态下应该是萝卜丝饼顶面稍显凝固,上面有许多小孔,底面的边缘也应该呈现金黄色,这样翻面之后就能获得最佳的效果。如果表面没有出现孔洞,但是底面已经出现金黄色边缘,说明锅子温度过高,你需要降低火力。反之如果表面已经出现许多孔洞,翻面后发现底面颜色很淡,说明锅子温度太低,你需要把炉灶的火力开大一些。

6 把案板扣在平底锅上,平底锅倒扣,萝卜丝饼就完好的出锅啦,切片装盘,趁热吃最佳哦!
