Hello dear Steemians. How are you? Hope very well. Today I bring to you a tasty nun's sighs or donuts for breakfast or a snack.Hope you can enjoy and I start with this quick recipe:
Ingredients for four persons
500 grams or 17.637 oz flour 0000
1 teaspoon salt
30 grams or 1.06 oz of yeast
90 cm3 or 3.05 fl oz milk
100 grams or 3.53 oz of sugar
Vanilla essence 1 small spoonful
2 Eggs
125 grams or 4.41 oz of butter
Pure sunflower oil
How it's done
Mix salt, flour and yeast, add the softened butter and add the lukewarm milk, knead until the dough is homogeneous and let stand.
Leave 20-30 minutes leavening until the dough doubles.
Remove 30-40 grams of dough for each sigh of nun. Shape into a round shape, then let it leaven again on a plate with flour. Cook in very hot sunflower oil until the dough is golden brown.
After cooking, cut a hole on top and fill with sweet milk spread, confectioner's or common according to taste and sprinkle with icing sugar or common depending on what you have.
To make doughnuts, stretch the dough in a table, cut it well with round molds. Then let it leaven again, and at the end fry in hot sunflower oil until the dough is golden brown.

Hola queridos Steemians. Como están? Espero que muy bien. Hoy les traigo una deliciosa receta de suspiros de monja o también conocidas como bolas de fraile o donas argentinas. Espero que puedas disfrutarla y comienzo con esta rápida receta:
Ingredientes para 4 personas
500 gramos o 17.637 oz de harina 0000
1 cucharada pequeña de sal
30 gramos o 1.06 oz de levadura
90 cm3 o 3.05 fl oz de leche
100 gramos o 3.53 oz de azúcar
Esencia de vainilla 1 cucharada pequeña
2 Huevos
125 gramoss o 4.41 oz de manteca
Aceite puro de girasol
Cómo se hace
Mezclar sal, harina y levadura, adicionar la manteca ablandada y agregar la leche tibia, amasar hasta que quede homogénea la masa y dejar reposar.
Dejar 20-30 minutos leudando hasta que duplique la masa.
Sacar 30-40 gramos de masa para cada suspiro de monja. Dar forma redonda, luego dejar leudar de nuevo en placa con harina. Cocinar en aceite de girasol bien caliente hasta que la masa se dore.
Luego de cocidas, cortar arriba un hueco y rellenar con dulce de leche, repostero o común según el gusto y espolvorear con azúcar impalpable o común según que se tenga.
Para hacer las donas, debes estirar la masa en una mesada, cortarla bien con moldes redondos. Luego dejar leudar otra vez, y al final freír en aceite de girasol bien caliente hasta dorar la masa.
