Marble Goby Fish

Goby (Soon Hock) fish is used in many high-class Chinese dishes. It has soft meat, good taste and very little bone. It is highly prized fish and popular throughout South Asia. Here's the dish will makes you drool!!! "STEAMED MARBLE GOBY" with soya sauce.Today,Dinner out with my Japanese friend and we're looking for a superb seafood restaurant and worth to wait, just want to try something different taste. It's really great experience to enjoy the meal when it's first time to dine in. We ask some chefs recommended menu. Aside from crabs, lobster, abalone, of course the fish is a must to try.
It's look like a very common steamed fish, didn't expect it to be very pleasant regardless of taste. The essence of soya sauce to preserve it's sweet, freshness of the meat, delicate taste and the aroma of pepper completely conquer the heart, so everyone can't help just take a bite.
It tastes spicy and the more you eat, the more appetizing. How can be so fragrant?! The dish is very delicious! The texture of the dish is really appreciated!!
