Kudos to you @crazybgadventure!! I always think it is not easy to make Indian curry, especially from scratch. It looks delish!!! Not just British love curry, we Malaysian go crazy for it too!!!
I did not know that, but that makes a lot of sense, I saw a recipe the other day to do with the rice cooking it in coconut milk I would like to try that next time.
