That looks really tasty! Just to clarify, are you using flour made from grinding up the dock seeds or are you drying the leaves and then grinding them? Your formula would be tasty either way!
This uses flour made from grinding the dock seeds, but sometimes we use the leaves to make little fritters/pancakes for dishes like these.
Thanks for that extra information! One great thing about dock seeds is that the ripe seedstalk is so easy to see. They are like big brown candle-Tiki-torches sticking up in the fields this time of year.
