You make such a good pont -- people say one kind of fish is not good to eat. But I think they just are not familiar with it, or how to clean that fish or how to cook it well. I have eaten a lot of carp and they can be very good. I encourage anyone who goes fishing, to try eating some of the kinds they are not used to. Thanks for showing one way to eat the Asian carp!
