RE: Reposting The Theme Announcement and Must Dos for This Week's Steemit Culinary Challenge

So is Balsamic Vinegar OK? It seems less processed than chocolate and is considered a Paleo food. I just ate a great weed salad, but used some balsamic vinegar, after checking some paleo food websites to see if it was considered paleo. Thanks!

@haphazard-hstead welcome back from a long holiday!
I was wondering when you'll pop out again. I hope you had fun with your folks.

As for your question, I've sent you a message in the chat during my short break. Even if that vinegar is labeled paleo - if the ingredients in it doesn't really fall to the theme requirement and the true essence of paleo - then it won't qualify. These days the food industry just labels everything as organic, paleo, natural and healthy though its not. So if you could send us which vinegar that is, what the ingredients are we'll still double check it. I hope you understand - it's SOP. Thank you.

Thanks for the clarification. I made a second salad, using my own "Spruce Tree Balsamic Vinegar" that does not have any ingredients with additives in them. It seems like that's the distinguishing feature for this challenge.
