I made these delicious Chicken and Fish dishes!
Hey food lovers of Steemit, I made these chicken and fish dishes at home. I am a food lover and also I love to cook food sometimes. Today I didn't have much work so I decided to cook something for lunch.
Chicken Masala dry fry with potato
This dish is very easy to cook. Ingredients: 1.Chicken half a kilo 2.Chopped Onions 3.Two to three potatoes 3.Indian Garam Masala 4.Mustard oil
Procedure: 1.Let the mustard oil to become hot and put the chopped onions till becoming red hot. 2.Cook the half kilo of chicken for about 15 mins. 3. Put the chopped potatoes and cook for another 20 to 30 mins.
Steamed Fish
Ingredients: 1.Fresh fish 2. Banana leaf to wrap 3.You can use charcoal for steaming 4.Garlic clove and ginger 5.Lemon for some sourness
Fish Fry with Potato
Ingredients: 1.Fresh fish preferably Rohita. 2. Two to three potatoes 3. Chopped onions 4.Green chilies 5.Tomatoes for garnishing
