In Chile, we call octopus - pulpo. We have a lot of it here as we have a lot of ocean coast. Great recipe, pulpo is a challenge to get tender and it looks like you did it. Awesome. STEEM ON!!
Thanks for commenting!! Here in Portugal we also cook this frequently and call it polvo, similar to pulpo! :)
