Not all of the steemit community is back here from the holidays, you can tell by the volume. As a result, I am guessing my 'healthy' post won't get much notice. You could always prove me wrong.
This was kind of a challenge for me, a dare you could say, given to my by a friend. I will show them!!

You know what? I was just complaining to my wife @happyharmonymay how I have just hit Cooker's Block, the culinary form of Writer's Block. All I can say to you is, thank you for the great idea, I will make both Falafel and Chicken versions very shortly. The food looks delicious. Easy up vote once again, and definitely appreciate the healthy options as well.
