It is very tasty. No doubt you've had Carne Asada before, though, so you know what I'm talking about. I have to say, though, since my wife is from Mexico, she knows a lot of the ends and outs on all of her food, including this one, plus years and years of food preparation. Restaurants usually get the rice wrong. She doesn't. :)
