Banga soup and starch is a native to the Niger Delta and south-south part of Nigeria..

Banga soup is eaten with different swallow(Recipes) like FUFU,,GARRI,STARCH,POUNDED YAM,SEMOLINA.....

Banga is gotten from Palm Fruit and its used mostly by OFE-AKWU, of the south eastern parts of Nigeria, the palm fruit is used by this group mainly as stew with the recipe of Boiled white rice......
