These are only one variation of our mashed potatoes! Mashed potatoes are one of our favorite foods, so we make them in a bunch of different ways depending on what we have on hand and how luxurious we're feeling :) This formula is great when we have people who are avoiding dairy for whatever reason they choose to cut out dairy.
