Our Eden feast was especially nourishing on many levels this weekend! 

We hosted an important event at the Garden of Eden for our members this weekend for a few reasons:

1. We offered a private screening of the international award winning documentary THE BIG SECRET.
2. The documentary features Quinn and a panel of doctors, all consulted for their real health expertise. 
3. The film exposes & presents evidence that the medical & agricultural industries sacrifice consumer health for corporate profit. 
4. Quinn held a Q&A after the film to drop knowledge, speak truth, and address the issues on a deeper level. 
5. We gave our services freely, because it is imperative to talk about the reality of the modern "health" care system. We have researched, gathered, and analyzed valuable information and devote ourselves to sharing it. 
6. Last but certainly not least, we provided a delicious, sustainable feast!

In the meantime, we want to share our daily feast and show you the free, nutritious, delicious, healthful, high vibe sustainable food we provided for a few dozen people because our food reality is pretty epic too!

THE BIG SECRET addresses the dismal but real state of the mainstream food supply: not only are soils stripped from years of overuse without rest, mono-cropping, and other modern agriculture practices resulting in vitamin and mineral deficient plants, but what nutritionally inferior plants do emerge from the depleted soil are then sprayed with toxic chemical compounds. 

Thus, we are witnessing increasing and alarming rates of disease that could easily be prevented with proper nutrition in the first place. 

It is a true honor to share an alternative with our guests. We lovingly harvested and prepared plenty of healthful, wholesome food to share. We cooked outdoors, over grills and rocket stoves we built by hand from dirt. 

We offered a selection of cheeses, fresh raw veggies, crunchy things, and dips.

We made grilled chicken and corn on the cob, 

and we prepared a GIANT bowl of mashed potatoes! 

We had more delicious food than anyone cared to eat, all prepared sustainably. 

Food is important and we hope to inspire people to really take time to eat, enjoy it, and share it with someone you love. We also hope to inspire more and more sustainable practices in regards to food.
