4 Breakfast Food that You Should Never Skip

Breakfast is the most important meal of a day. It decides whether you are going to be overeating the whole day or have a balanced diet. A healthy morning meal helps you to maintain your strength, energy, digestion and overall physical and mental functioning. If you are skipping your breakfast everyday then you probably should start to skip the skipping. 


Oatmeal 

Oatmeal is a really great meal to start your day with. Technically it contains beta glucan which is a type of fibre that greatly helps your body to lower it s cholesterol. It also contains omega 3 fatty acids, potassium and folate. If we dig more into oatmeals then Oats with steel cuts contains more fibre as compared to oats that are kind of rolled in shape. I would recommend you to avoid any kind of flavoured oats because that may contain high fats.  


Grapefruit  

You morning meal may also include a part of grapefruit as it is a great body weight balancer. A research shows that eating a grapefruit before having your meal can greatly help you to get slimmer because it contains fat burning nutrients. Diabetic patients or people with high sugar levels can get highly benefitted from the same. Also, it is a great antioxidant. To make it even more effective, take it with pretentious food. 


Bananas 

There is no fruit like banana in this world. It has so many great properties that can’t be described here. It is a great morning food and great helps to maintain body weight. Bananas are a great source of resistant starch and carbohydrates. You can also have it by adding it in your meals like oatmeal or some other meals, it just adds up a new natural flavour. Personally, I love having it with oatmeal.  


Eggs 

When it comes to a healthy morning breakfast then how can you forget about eggs. It is just a perfect combination of both fat and protein. The best part is you can separate them altogether. Some people only like to have protein breakfast in the morning (including me) while some want to have a full nutrient breakfast. All are good at its place. These things highly depends on the physical health and body intake.

Unfortunately its been more than a year now that I'd skip breakfast.
I don't know when its gonna last.
I also fast once 1 week without eating for 24 hours.
Fasting, intermittent fasting and many other types of unusual diets are now being practiced. Online information and videos are spreading now about this topic and so with many variety of lifestyles.
