Spinach Frittata

Morning Steemian,

I wake up too early and had some time to prepare a delicious breakfast. I was craving for some spinach quiche, but I didn’t have the necessary tme. So, I used the ingredients in this frittata.

Ingredients
Fresh spinach
3-4 eggs
Goat cheese
Onion
Some milk
Butter
Salt and pepper

1. Preheat the oven at 180C.
2. In a frying pan, cook the onion with spinach and some butter.
3. Beat the eggs with milk. Add goat cheese.
4. Pour the mixture into a pan and bake it for 20 minutes.

Enjoy with a summer salad.
