Peanut Butter Banana Bread
Or what I would have baked for the @firepower crew if I could have attend this Steemfest.
It’s so comfort and delish this banana bread, that’s perfect for this weather.
Ingredients:
3 large banana (riped)
200 ml condensed milk
2 eggs
100 ml sunflower oil
50 g sugar
Peanut butter (as much as you want)
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Baking powder
350 g flour
- Mix the dry ingredients.
- The wet ones.
- Combine those above also now it’s time to add peanut butter and bananas smashed.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes at 180C.
Enjoy with a cup of coffee.

I lovee banana bread! i will be trying this recipe out this week! Is it possible to use coconut oil instead of sunflower oil?
Sure you can use it, but I think it will lose its moisture. Let me know how was it
