Today - oyster mushroom on menu

Relatively quick dish, no hustle and we love it. Oyster mushroom in white sauce!
Personally I use only the "head", not the "leg", cut them into stripes not too wide, max 1 cm wide.
Fry them on oil in a pan or in a dish in your microwave, add a bit of salt and pepper + your favourite seasoning. I use a product called "Vegeta" it is mixture of various herbs and salt.
Cooking time depends, In a microwave on max heat, usually, take 5 minutes. Watch them and when they become soft and a bit golden brown it is time to pour cream on it.
Cooking cream mixed with parmesan cheese grated is most often combination. As substitute sometimes I use feta cheese, any white cottage cheese. Use your imagination.
