Oh, I forgot to share with you a recipe that made the other day. This gentle stew.

INGREDIENTS:

1. chicken legs - 1 kg
2. Onions - 3 pcs
3. carrots - 3 pcs
4. tomato paste - 2 tbsp
5. mayonnaise or sour cream - 100 g
6. bay leaf, pepper, salt

COOKING:

1. Chicken feet washed and put in a saucepan. Pour half of the water pan.

2. Onions and carrots coarsely chop and add to chicken legs.

3. When the water boils, add the tomato paste and mayonnaise or sour cream. Add bay leaf and all the spices. All mix thoroughly. Cover and simmer for 40-50 minutes.
