You Are What You Eat?
We've heard the statement, "you are what you eat", a ton of times in our life and, for many of us, we simply laugh it off. But after gaining a deeper understanding on how the certain foods impacts our physical and mental state, I've realized that the statement is no laughing matter and is actually true. The intent of this blog is to take us all on a journey to understanding exactly how we become what we eat, how it controls our mental health, and how increasing our knowledge of the foods we consume can help us live a life void of the need for prescription drugs.
