Today I bring you a delicious crunchy recipe, a delight to eat as an aperitif or to accompany any lunch, the star ingredient will be the carrot that will provide a rich base for our recipe, I'm talking about delicious vegan croquettes with carrot and curry, curry is another vital ingredient to make this recipe, because it offers an exquisite flavor and aroma. The carnivorous world the croquettes are prepared with products of animal origin, in this case we will use only vegetable ingredients that contribute the necessary vegetable protein to give a lot of body to the dish. The next step will be to choose a good pot where we will throw a generous jet of olive oil, then add flour, and stir very well until the oil and flour are well incorporated, as the mixture heats up we will throw the milk very slow, the fundamental idea is that there are no lumps, as a final step we will throw the curry with parsley and a little salt. Then add the crushed carrot, and stir until everything is well integrated. Turn off the fire and we will be able to prepare on a flat dish so that it cools as soon as possible.
