Then we will assemble each piece of hamburger, before we can add a little pepper and salt, in my case I decided to make 6 hamburgers, so we can make 6 balls of dough to then crush to give the characteristic round shape to the vegetable meat, then they are ready you can leave it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour and a half, a celebrity tips within the food is to take them to the freezer is even more effective when frying because by freezing them we make the meat more compact.
